At BeaSmart (operated by Stevan Nesovic PR Maistery), we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have used your Facebook or Instagram account to log in to or interact with BeaSmart, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account by following any of the methods below:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your BeaSmart account
- Your Instagram username (if applicable)
Option 2: Through the BeaSmart App
If you have an active BeaSmart account, you can request data deletion directly from the app:
- Open the BeaSmart app
- Go to Settings
- Select Account
- Tap Delete My Account & Data
- Confirm your request
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon a verified data deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your account profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Instagram integration data and access tokens
- Conversation logs and DM message history
- Booking and appointment records
- Service and business configuration data
- AI personality settings and customizations
- Client data collected through the AI agent
- Analytics and usage data
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after your deletion request, as required by law:
- Financial and billing records: Retained for 5 years as required by Serbian tax legislation.
- Legal compliance data: Any data we are legally obligated to retain for regulatory, legal, or compliance purposes.
All retained data will be kept only for the minimum legally required period and will not be used for any other purpose.
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been fully deleted.
Removing Facebook/Instagram Permissions
In addition to requesting data deletion from BeaSmart, you can also remove our app's access to your Facebook or Instagram account:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Navigate to Security and Login > Apps and Websites
- Find BeaSmart in the list of active apps
- Click Remove to revoke access
